Got It...

Finally....

After chasing the streamyx contractor to come to install my streamyx, he finally come yesterday and install. exited of getting connected, i went to change the password. 1st change was successfull to get connect. but when i change for the second time, it just fail to get connected.

after hours of trying and getting error, i called TM call center. call was picked up by Shafik, to my amaze, is trained by my previous trainer. Miss Adriniza. through his guidence, i try to make a connection but unable to connect. with my patience and his, we finally agreed to reset my password. so it was fine to reset. i can configure and change later. so i hung up.

after disconnect the call, i give one final try to change the password. to my suprise, it was able to connect. pity shafik to go through the trouble. i think he is new in the call center.

now im online using streamyx.. stable and always on connection.. thats one thing gud..
