just to share about how people can scam other just by showing a little interest on thing you guys post on -market like ebay, lelong and even mudah.com.my.
here's the thing. i posted up an advertisement few days ago to sell my beloved bicycle on www.mudah.com.my. the ad went up and here comes an email from a guy claiming his name as "matthew" and "james". their tactic are quite simple.
1. send a mail asking the price.
2. after you reply the mail saying your price, they will add a little more so that you could pay the surcharge from paypal. if you don't have paypal, they will ask you to open one.
3. they will inform that their currier service will pick up the item for them to ship to some other country when they already stated that they are in UK. doesn't make any sense rite?
so if you guys post something to sell, and some one reply you the minute that the ad's are up, there's something to look out for.

I would appreciate if you email me with more pictures (if available) too since i won't be able to see this in person, what's the PayPal email to send funds to in order for me to pay you ASAP.

See the similarity in the two emails? and next they will inform their address and where to post it.
so before doing any deals over the internet, I strongly advice to check their info on google.com just incase their email address pop up as a scam.
