as in my last 2 post i say that i lost my phone and both of my number as well. so yesterday i went to maxis and celcom center to get my number back. it was fine and i request for my statement where u could see your line log. sms/called made to which and which number, sms/called recived from which number. the gurl from maxis say can. so i waited la. waited for about 5minutes she came to me and say the statement(e-statement) could be viewed online. just login with so and so username and password. yesterday i forgotten to login so i did it today. but the system dont accept. so i tried request username and password. still cannot. did everything in the login step but still cannot login..

what's happening maxis?? server down ke lambat(slow) update to the username and password that i reset?? it keeps showing the same page which need to key in username and password. haiz.. nvm la.. mayb server dia problem kot.. so let it be.. will try it tomorrow.

celcom is gud except the service is slow a.. ye la.. i could see only 3 at the counter there.. that excluding 2 receptionist. took me half an hour to replace my sim card. think if they have more staff should be fine. and i request for the number which is in my 8pax and i got it no problem. kudus to celcom.

not to say celcom is gud and maxis is bad. mayb my turn to request for my e-statement at maxis ade problem so they ask to check online but online pun cannot how.. :-D
but overall service from both party is fine. :-D
